I have been involved in fitness and competitive sports for the past 20 years. I have had the pleasure of working with world-class coaches and athletes. This has given me a strong foundation for helping clients reach their professional and personal goals.
One of my main passions has been track sprint cycling. I have raced competitively for 7 years and competed in the 2013 UCI Track Cycling Masters World Championships in Manchester, England. This experience allowed me to train with and compete against world-class athletes and witness the hardship and sacrifice it takes to get to that level. This participation and the relationships that I developed have allowed me the perspective to be able to motivate and relate to all levels and disciplines of clients.
From the beginner who has never picked up a weight to the runner whose goal is to run 150 km. I have successfully coached many sport disciplines including triathlon, iron man, track cycling, running, ultra marathon, strength training, muay thai, sport conditioning, and tactical fitness and training for law enforcement. Some of the greatest rewards of my career are watching clients fitting into their small jeans again or watching an athlete receive a gold medal at a world event. My clientele spans from Calgary, Los Angeles, Trinidad, New York, Hawaii, and more.
I have undying passion and drive to see my clients succeed at whatever goals they are trying to achieve.
